Policies

Admission Requirements:

Dogs: We require a current: D.H.L.P.P. (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parinflunza, and Parvo Virus shot), Rabies and Canine Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
Cats: We require a current Feline R.C. shot (Rhinotracheitus, Chamyda, Panleukopenia, Calici Virus) and Rabies shot.

Reservations: Reservations for five (5) days or more can be made up to one year in advance.  Reservations for less than five (5) days cannot be made more than thirty (30) days in advance.  We may ask for a credit card at time of reservation. There is a three (3) day minimum stay for holidays.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the reservation date. If cancelled less than forty-eight (48) hours in advance you will be billed for any unfilled time.

Check In/Check Out:
Check in time: Any time during our regular business hours.
Check out time: 1:00 PM Any pet not picked up by 1:00 pm will be charged for that whole days boarding, no exceptions.

After Hours:
After hours check in/ check out can be made by prior arrangement only. Minimum charge is $25.00 per pet.

Payment: Your bill is payable at the time of departure. We accept cash, Travelers Checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Personal checks will be accepted with proper ID. We do not bill or have charge accounts.
