The owners of Tricrown Inn For Pets, Inc., John & Polly Hanes, have been at Tricrown for over 19 years.

Polly is an accomplished groomer and is involved in running the day to day activities. She has been past President of the Talbot County Humane Society and is currently involved with The Seven Sisters Quilting Guild. Polly has over 35 years experience in the boarding of animals.

John oversees the help and supervises the cleaning and maintenance of the Inn. He is a lifetime member of the Oxford Vol. Fire Company, serving as Ambulance Captain. He has over 20 years experience in the boarding of animals.
